💰 Refunds for Items Not Supplied
•     If an item you ordered cannot be supplied, you will receive a full refund for the unsupplied item within 24 hours.
•     Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

🚚 Wrong, Damaged, or Faulty Items
•     If any item is wrong, damaged, or faulty, it must be reported immediately to the delivery driver at the time of delivery.
•     Such items will be promptly replaced within 90 Minutes or refunded.

❌ No Returns After Delivery Acceptance
•     Once items have been received and accepted at delivery, no returns or refunds are permitted.
•     Disputes must be raised while the delivery driver is present to qualify for replacement or refund.

🔞 Age Verification
•     Returns and refunds are processed only for customers 18 Years of Age or Older.
•     Deliveries and disputes will only be handled with individuals 18 Years of Age or Older.
•     Proof of Age may be Requested to ensure compliance with Costa Rican Regulations and Laws.

📲 How to Report an Issue
1.     At the time of Delivery, Inspect your items Carefully.
2.     If you Notice any Issue, Immediately Inform the Delivery Driver.
3.     The Driver will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund.
